Stunning. So glad you and Peter went there, letting me see the cave through your eyes. We wonder walkers are bound together by caves, and paintings, the food of Provence, but mostly by joy at experiencing beauty.
What a wonderful experience!
An aside re. the video – those cave paintings are so wondrous, I would have liked a much slower lingering with them, maybe more stills. I liked the juxtaposition of the paintings with the real animals. And the re-emergence from the dark, mysterious past into the sunny present. The aerial view of the old river was touching, too.
These days seem so full of meaning for you, and for us.
